We will send you your images over an online gallery where you are able to download and keep full-resolution digital image files with printing/posting rights. This gallery will be available online for one year. Online galleries are our favorite way to deliver your photos because they are easy to use and create an amazing experience while viewing your photos.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
When we deliver a wedding gallery, it typically between 600-1000 photographs depending on the length of your day (about 100 per hour of hire). When we deliver engagement and portrait galleries you can expect around 70-100 photos. Every photo is hand edited to look its very best!
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
Our turnaround time for final wedding galleries is 4-6 weeks. Our turnaround time for final engagement, family, & portrait sessions is 2-3 weeks! We take great care in editing every single one of your images while getting them back to you as quickly as possible.
WHEN WILL I GET MY IMAGES BACK?
One of us or our personal editor hand-touch every image that you will receive back. No image is delivered to you without being edited! No, we will never give out raw files. We feel that a part of the experience with us is the editing. An artist doesn't let you add brushstrokes to their one of a kind painting.
DO YOU EDIT ALL OF OUR PHOTOGRAPHS?
We are a husband + wife team and can give you a very unique experience. Jacob is our regular second/assistant shooter. No matter who it is, my second shooter rate is the same. We feel we can better serve you as clients as a husband + wife team. Adding a second shooter adds more time/work for us behind the scenes as we will have quite a few more photos to go through and edit to make your final gallery wonderful.
WHO IS YOUR SECOND/ASSISTANT SHOOTER? DOES THIS AFFECT COST?
Yes! We absolutely LOVE to travel and will go anywhere! If we travel over 50 miles there is a small mile fee for gas and travel. If the location is over 3 hours away we do require one night's stay. For any out-of-state locations, we will ask for airfare, rental car, and hotel accommodations.
DO YOU TRAVEL? HOW FAR? WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL COSTS?
Many photographers watermark photos or force you to print directly through them – we do things differently. We offer albums and prints, but the way we see it, you’ve invested a lot for your photos, so you should have the freedom to do what you want with them for personal use. You can print and post your photos freely with the release I give you. We only ask that you do not edit/alter them in any way.
CAN WE PRINT/SHARE ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes, we do! We believe that printing your photos is very important– a legacy to pass down to generations. We offer a print shop at the bottom of your gallery and high-quality albums that we can design together.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTS?
Shoot us an inquiry through our contact page and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours unless we are away on vacation or capturing a wedding on a weekend! Once we find the best coverage for you we will send you a contract. Once that is signed we require a 30% retainer to book off your day which can be paid through our online portal system or check. Once those steps are completed, we are good to go!
